HOW DO I RECEIVE THE ITEMS I JUST ORDERED?
The items will be moved to a mule account. When all items are done being moved, you will be emailed the mule account info to log on and get your items off of. ** PLEASE ** Check your JUNK/SPAM FOLDER. Sometimes email apps send our information directly to spam. Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder AFTER ordering to be sure you get your items in a timely manner.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all forms of payment supported through PayPal. The following payment methods are:

CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?
Yes! When checking out, just choose “Credit Card” from the payment options. Your payment will be securely processed through PayPal. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account.
WHAT IF I WANT THE ITEMS ON MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT ON A SPECIFIC CHARACTER?
At the checkout process find “Order Notes”, then fill in your account information with the specific account info and character name you want the items on. Please don’t log onto that character for 1-3 hours after ordering your items. Once you receive your confirmation email that confirms your order is complete, then you may log onto the character.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE ITEMS I JUST ORDERED?
Depending on current situations with server problems, 30 minutes up to 3 hours is the usual window of when you will receive your mule account with all your items. If the order is rather large then it could take a little longer.
IS A PAYPAL ACCOUNT REQUIRED FOR PURCHASE?
No. A PayPal account is not required to make a purchase. Simply check “Credit Card” when presented with payment options. The card processing will still be performed through PayPal, but it IS NOT NECESSARY to have an account.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?
You will receive an email confirmation after your purchase is completed. Instructions to track your order will be provided.
